LOL. I read a YA book as a kid about a child who went blind looking at an eclipse? It scarred me.

I remember a book series I read as a teen that I loved . . . about an asteroid hitting the moon and knocking it closer to earth? I loved it, though I couldn't tell you much more than that now . . . but I loved it!
