I'm finishing the year with G. K. Chesterton's "What's wrong with the world", but I'm trying to finish it this week, so that i can start reading Tolkien's "The Hobbit, or there and back again" after Christmas =)
Definitely cannot wait to watch Glass Onion, and I'm currently reading Nine Liars, so I might pick up The Christmas Murder Game next because I am clearly in a locked-room-mystery obsession at the moment!
I'm closing out the year with On Silver Wings: A life reconstructed, by Kristin Noreen of Bellingham, WA. And also Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan, and Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver. Happy New Year!
I'm finishing the year with Hinds Feet in High Places and a book called Difficult Conversations that was actually a "text book" from my Master's class but turned out to be an incredible read!
Happy holidays and thank you for what you do! I'm finally reading Educated - not very far in yet but hooked. I'll write more when I finish but for now, just wow! Happy Holidays! Eric
I loved Why Fish Don’t Exist. It’s very weird with an even weirder (true) story but definitely worth a read.
Another rec for fans of Knives Out is Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone. Similar vibe and great narrative voice!

I love Knives out, so this was a great read. I'll be bingeing Gideon the Ninth, chunky enough to last the holiday season

I cannot wait for the new movie... I need to go back and watch Knives Out this week! Perfect wrap up.
